Hello all,

I know this maybe a silly question but I need to know how to print out a list of users that have DID (direct dial in) and non DID numbers. Is there a way? Thanks in advance for your help.

well, the PBX will only tell you numbers, it doesnt care what they are. you might want to do a list station, then check your dial plan & seperate the list manually.

oh, yeah, dont forget about vdns, ldns, hunt groups, data modules, those can also be DIDs

You might also contact your service provider and request the list of phone numbers on your account. That would be a good place to begin, then you can compare to the extensions, vdns, hunt groups, faxes, etc. We did a recent contact renewal with AT&T and that was part of the deal we didn't sign until they came up with the list of DID's carried on our T-1's

list extension" will show you every number used in yor switch, except for UDP #'s. To get those, do a "list uniform". With both of those commands, you should see every # used. It's up to you to determine if they are DID's/non-DIDs. If you have your "public" numbering setup, try doing a "disp pub 0", to see what the area codes/office prefixes and ext #'s are that are DID...
