how to prind record in 3 rows?

I have some problems with printing records

for Eg:

I want this to be printed in detailed section like
1 4 7
2 5 8
3 6 9

Can anyone help me?

Hi,
Use the Layout Tab in the section Expert to define how you want the columns, rows to appear ( across then Down or Down then across) and experiment with the width, etc to get the # of rows/cols you want for the section..

What Turk means is to Right click on the Details section and section expert of format section (hard to help when you won't even post the software used and it's version), then select format with multiple columns. Note that a new tab will appear then which allows for defining widths, etc.

You can also use a canned Mailing Lael template through the Mail Label wizard.
