How to prevent SAVING of a document.

I have a .pdf file that is in 5.0.

I set all the security to prevent printing, content changing, text copying, etc.

But, I want .. if possible .. to prevent the user from SAVING the file. But .. I can't figure out how to disable the SAVE button in Acrobat.

Anyone know how to do this and maintain the 128 bit encryption??
