I have a form that displays transactions made each day. the Problem is that whenever it is closed and opened again all the records entered in that day dissappear in the form.
Is it possible to keep them up despite the from being closed??
If so if it is a shared db, is it possible for both users to see what records the other has entered?

Thanks

Well, first, yes we usually do store data in tables so it can be retrieved for later use.

Have you checked to see if the data in the form "disappears" also means no data is being written to the database tables?

Use the Query builder to create a few queries to look at your data. You need to do this before anything so that you can see if this is a problem with the forms not writing the data to the tables, or the forms not retrieving previous data.

All the data is stored in the Table, there is no problem with the recording of the data form the form. I apologize about the vague language. What I meant was that the records entered in the form are 'cleared' from the form, not the table. All data is intact. I would just like to know if it is possible to display the current day's transactions on the form at all times, not just when they are being entered.

Hi

Is the dataentry property of the form set to true ?

If so it only shows the records "added" in this session, try changing it to false. This may have other undesirable effects however, it is not possible to say without knowing more about your application
