How to prevent MS photo Editor opening every graphic file

Every time I try to open a gif or jpeg file, MS photo editor starts up and take over. I need to see the file in IExplorer. How do I disable photo editor? Open With doesn't appear when I right click the file.

You need to hold down shift before you right click on the file.
