IS-IT--Management
We have a CS1000 running about 500 phones, comprising of a mixture of analogue, digital and IP phones. About 100 of these 500 phones are agent phones, and are used in our contact centre.
We have 4 ISDN30 DASS circuits that our numbers go out on, 2 from BT and 2 from KCOM
What I would like to be able to do is present different numbers to people we have dialled, depending on which extension has dialled them.
For Example
a) I’d like our DDI extensions to reflect the number of the extension that was dialling. All our DDI extensions are on range 01453 768200-499, so I’d like the customer being dialled to be presented with the number. 01453 768xxx as the CLI
b) Our contact centre has numerous inbound 08 numbers, depending on the extension that is doing the dialling, I would like the customer being dialled to see the relevant 08 number as the CLI
c) We have 24 branches, these run over IP phones and all calls go through head office, when anyone dials out from a branch we would like to present the unique branch number as the CLI to the customer.
Is this possible, and if it is how much time is involved, and how complex is it – do we need engineering support or is it something that we can do?
