how to prepare myself in jsp and servlet in window XP

i'm first time in Tek-Tips.com. i'm new and fresh in JSP and servlet. recently i wanna develope an intranet application by using JSP and servlet. i got SDK 1.4, tomcat3.3.1a, isapi_redirect_nt.reg and isapi_redirect.dll. anyway i do not know how to setup with all this tool to create an environment for JSP and Servlet.

1. can u pls tell me the step by step to setup in Window XP, and
2. is it those tools are compatible or not, please give me suggestion.
