How to post a message, No VM 1

I have a customer that has a Merlin Magix system WITHOUT MERLIN MAIL and is asking for a way for the "Main operator only" to have the ability to light the MSG led [ some Partner 18D sets and the rest 4424D sets ]

Sorry. I hit the wrong key and sent this thread prematurely..What I want to do is possibly create a message like CALL THE FRONT DESK For stations to see on their display when they return to their desk or maybe just light the MSG led..
I have searched prior posts and I think I may know how the operator can light a stations LED and then remove it but I can't find a step by step on how to create a message that might be a better way..
Any help will be appreciated!

you need to program a Send/Delete button on the operator's phone *38
posted messages are not shown on ETR sets
you can add call operator under labeling / posted messages

forgot to add under Posted Messages you have 20 different message 10 are set , you program a new call operator at # 11
