How to port pc video to DVR ?

I have an 18 month old T61 Lenovo running XP with 3gb, lots of diskspace, and upgraded graphics. Unfortunately no S-Video output, only headphones plus a multipin video output cable connect. I want to port video from the laptop to my EH-50 Panasonic DVR which has both A-V RCA plugs and s-video input on its fromt panel. What is the best conversion method (your definition of best)?
1. video out plug plus headphone out plug converted to A-V RCA connectors
2. video out plug plus headphone out plug to some sort of converter plug to svideo.
3. some other solution?
