I have a soft predictive dialler and I would like to know how to play announcements when answering machine is detected.
Calls are dialled from a VDN and the vector looks something like this:
01 adjunct routing link x
02 wait-time 2 secs hearing ringback
03 disconnect after announcement YYY
04 stop
If AMD Treatment is set to Dropped I suppose the call will not reach the vector. If I change the AMD Treatment to Answered how can I then change the vector to play an announcement for calls detected as answer machines?
If a call is detected as answering machine I don't want it to be routed to the CTI link. Is there any way in the vector to differentiate between calls answered by human and calls answered by answering machine?
