how to place user controls where requied on the page 1

Hello to all
I created a usercontrol and the time when i drag it ,it takes its default position .and when i execute the page in which i placed usercontrol along with other controls,i find usercontrol on other controls i.e it is not properly positoned how to do any ideas plz

I am just learning, but I have played with these options.
Click on the control
Click on the Menu "Layout"
Click on "Position"
Play with those options to see if they work for you.
