I'm a front office manager working at a hotel, and until last week, whenever the Superconsole rang, you could answer it from any back office phone by pressing *60. Now, if I try, it says no access. We can still answer it on any back office phone, but it has to ring through the Superconsole up to seven times before it'll redirect to these phones. This is hugely inconvenient, and it's seriously inhibiting our ability to proactively aid callers.

Can someone please guide me through how I can restore this pick-up feature?

I'm guessing that you have a SX-200 system. Please provide details like that next time.

I'm also guessing that the code *60 activates TAFAS

The SX-200 can be setup for TAFAS to work in Day mode OR Night mode but not both.

Try switching modes and testing again.

Again, I'm doing a lot of guessing here. Better details = Better Answers i.e Garbage In, Garbage Out.
