How to pick date from a text?

Hi All,

I'm using CRXI.

I have text which is coming from one field and i want to pick date from tht text.

for eg:

Date Entered: Since 01-Jan-2008 05:00 AM GMT; Records included

Above text from Date Entered to Records Included coming from one field.

Now i want to pick just date from tht text which will be
01-Jan-2008 05:00 AM

Extractstring({String.field},'Since ',' GMT')

This is dependant upon the text surrounding the date staying the same and always being GMT timezone, if this is not the case then let me know and I can advise of other methods.
