Thanks for your reply, but what I was wanting to do is this. When I set up a shortcode or module in v-mail pro and want to document this to share with others I do a print screen and go to Word pad and do a paste. Thus coping what I had on the monitor screen to Word pad. Then I add texts explaining what I did in V-mail Pro. Then I want to copy and paste this info on the IP Office Forum if need be.
I do not think you can copy and paste images like you want, the "copy" will still attempt to grab the entire image file, and unlike plain text, "paste" will upload that as an image file to the forum, which basically means upload to the forums server. That seems not to be allowed. Only text or links seem to be allowed.
The infomation you want to include would be valuable, but the only way I see to do that is to use the method bakeacake suggested

That will work, if you upload the picture to a hosting server and link it here.
