Hi ,

1. Two Building connected between themselvs through Metro Ethernet Link.
2.Bldg 1 - have 1 L3 Switch ( 3550G ) & Bldg2 have L3 ( Cisco 3750 )
2.Both are connected with 45 Mbps Metro eth link.Trunk is created .
4. Vlan 10 & 11 is created in Bldg 2( 3750 ) and traffic is passing through the Trunk Link.Ether Channel created among the Link. Both the Vlan used for Data & Voice.
5. My Question is that how do i pass the Mail Traffic through one particular Link. Like when Traffic related to Mail ..then one specific metro link will used .If Traffic related to Voice then both the link will be used.Mail Server is in the Bldg 1 connected to L3 Switch ( 3550).
6. I want Mail traffic will use onle one specific link.
7. can i use ACL to match Mail traffic and tagged this ACL to that particular interface ??

Please Suggest me .........

Here is a quote from this PDF in regard to ACLs on the 3550:

"You can apply router ACLs on switch virtual interfaces (SVIs), which are Layer 3 interfaces to VLANs; on physical Layer 3 interfaces; and on Layer 3 EtherChannel interfaces. Router ACLs are applied on interfaces for specific directions (inbound or outbound). You can apply one IP access list in each direction. Router ACL’s are identical to the ACL’s you configured on a Router. You have the option of standard and extended IP ACL’s. On a side note you can not configure Dynamic or Reflexive ACL’s on the 3550. Examples of Standard and Extended"

The answer would be yes. You may even be able to restrict it by VLAN depending on your setup. You did not really mention the VLAN setup on the server/3550 side.

Here is the link to that PDF document (Has code examples):

*By the way, they meant switch ACLs are identical to router ACLs.. LoL
