Hi,
I am trying to come up with a procedure so that if a person logs in into the Crystal Enterprise system with his logon he should be able to see only his data.
I.e. if a sales person call SimthJ logs in...A report called "New Business" should automatically show him only his "New Orders".
I can do this by creating a Parameter in Crystal reports but when the Salesperson runs it, he is prompted for a parameter and he has to enter SmithJ again.
Is there anyway I could force Crystal Reports to look at the Enterprise login to figure out the value of the Parameter?
Any ideas on this will be appreciated.
Thanks.
