How to partially change an old CISC

How to partially change an old CISCO 2600 config using cut + paste etc. First of all, how to access the machine as I have no telnet access. I know only the address of the ROUTER and can see it as it's on our network, not used any more!

Without telnet access, you only option remotely is to make configuration changes using SNMP. You will need a Read-Write SNMP string for the router. Failing that, you will need physical access to the box to break into it. Todd Hethmon
