How to output rpt.extension file in Access?

Hi,

Somebody told me Access can out .rpt extension files?I try MS Access and I can not find the feature.

Please help me.

Access's native format is snapshotview or an snp file.

You could probably export to a text file. Then you could either export it as a .rpt unless there is a security 'feature' enabled that you don't want to research working around. In which case you could simply rename it (Name procedure) after exporting it.

File, Export.

In the Save as Type specify text or rich text depending on your purpose and save it with the correct name.

You may still need to fix the extension.

In Access 97 and before the menu would be File, Save As / Export
