How to output an image from Access to Word?

I have an Access report I want to save as a Word file. I have tried to publish the report containing an image but in the Word file the image does not appear. I used the OutputTo function to perform the export, but that doesnt seem to work.

Any idea how to get the image in the Word file along with the text from the Access report?
