I know this is a silly question but I still got ask.
The reason behind this is, I keep getting an error stating something about ISL trunks or something like that and it prohibits me to delete the D-Channel.
Well, someone else programmed up 2x D-Channels as they thought they needed two (one for H.323 Virtual Trunking and the other for SIP). Right now, both the H.323 and SIP is sharing say dch 2 and I am trying to delete off dch 3 which was much earlier programmed for SIP. Well, it just sch error me about some ISL trunks.

Anyone bump into this kind of error before?

are they a primary and backup D channel? if so you might have to turn down both d channels to make changes

It may be easier to remove the dch using EM, list the RDB and see which one is tied to DCH-3, select another dch from the drop down box and save, then you should be able to remove the extra dch.

Well, that's the thing. DCH-3 is not tied up to any Routes at all and it still "sch" me.

No, DCH-3 should not a backup D-Channel to DCH-2.

I will try out John's method first and then update you all. Thanks for you input.
