I just Drag-n-Dropped a shortcut for Cd-Rom from My Computer to the Desktop....and when I right click I get the context menu.....so there *are* shortcuts to allow functions.
I remember having to teach myself some lesser known key commands when reformatting awhile ago to navigate around with........I had no use of my mouseee at the time

By the way.....you might want to save that file as a text file and then format it better with a word processor or even Notepad so it's more legible and smaller.....
I have the book and Cdrom, so it's nice and neat for me....
If your having trouble, I may just post it for you though.
and here's some of my learned shorty's to help navigate...
CTRL+ESC -Access Start button in taskbar.
SPACEBAR -Select (same as 1 click of mouse button).....Like
-Check or Uncheck a Checkbox
TAB -Move forward through options.
SHIFT+TAB-Move backward through options.
ALT+F4 -Close active window.
I just used SHIFT + F10 on that CD ROM desktop shortcut I made....to display the sub-menu.(I used the arrow keys and tab key and SHIFT+Tab to highlight it first).
M$ calls it (pop up menu) or (context menu)......so I could use the ARROWS or (ALT + Underlined Letter) to get to the commands for my CDROM drive....(Open/Eject/Explore/Find/Backup/Delete/Rename/Properties)etc...
Ps.. You'll notice the "selected object" change as you Hold the SHIFT key and then "tap" the TAB key over and over....You'll see a One Pixel Grey Box drawn around the selected item, which will change with each tap.
Hope it helps
