OCR ADSL 812 Router - How to use PCAnywhere to access the LAN from Remote site
Problem: How to use PCAnywhere to access the LAN from Remote site
Fact: OfficeConnect Remote DSL Family
Fact: OfficeConnect Remote 812
Fact: OfficeConnect Remote ADSL 812 Router
Fact: PCAnywhere
Fact: UDP
Fact: TCP
Fact: Remote Access
Fact: NAT (Network Address Translation)
Fact: OCR 812
Fact: 3CP4144
Fact: TCP/IP
Problem: Need to use PCAnywhere remotely
Problem: Need to access the Local Network using PCAnywhere
Problem: Need to access the PCAnywhere server remotely
Fact: PCAnywhere version 7.52 and above
Problem: PCAnywhere is not working after OCR812 is installed
Cause: To access the PCAnywhere server from remote site (for version 7.52 and above), you need to open the TCP port of 5631 and UDP port of 5632.
Fix: To configure the OfficeConnect Remote ADSL 812 router to direct the PCAnywhere client to a LAN PCAnywhere server, you need to map the TCP and UDP port to the IP of PCAnywhere server.
1. Open up the web browser (IE or Netscape), type in the IP address of OCR812 (default is 192.168.200.254).
2. Login using your username and password when prompted
3. Select "Configuration" on the left hand side of the screen - blue column
4. Click on "Remote Site" (WAN) and select the "remote site profile name" then click "modify" option
5. Hit "Next" on the "Remote site Modify page."
6. Under the "Access Lan Servers" Click Static port "TCP" or "UDP"
7. Input the Public and Private Port number (in this case, both public and private TCP port = 5631 and UDP=5632) and the IP address of the PCAnywhere server on the LAN where you want these ports opened
8. Click "ADD" to submit the changes
9. Click on "Save Configuration" on the left hand side in the blue column and "OK" on the confirmation.
NOTE: To find the port usage for each version of PCAnywhere, please click on this Link

Anyway, I couldn't solve the problem.

If I put 192.168.200.254 (better my router address) on Netscape, it stands for a long time, and then says refused.
There is no passwd.
