Hi,
I have a form with the following text boxes:
ID
name
Open Date
Comment.
I would like to add a button to the form that opens Outlook with all the text boxes info in it.
In other words, when the button is clicked Outlook opens and the subject is equal to ID and body includes name, Open date and Comment
I don't want to send the email I just want to view it before sending it.

I hope my question is clear

Thanks in advance

You may try this:
DoCmd.SendObject acSendNoObject, , , , , , Me!ID, Me![name] & vbNewLine & Me![Open date] & vbNewline & Me![Comment], True

Hope This Helps, PH.
