How to open IE with NO menubars?

I'm developing an intranet application. I want to be able to give my users a shortcut that will open my site in IE with no menubars/toolbars displayed. I know that this can be done, because I saw it once (but couldn't get to see the properties of the shortcut).

Does anyone know how this can be done? (opening IE in kiosk mode (which is full-screen) is not what I'm looking for).
