How to open DMG file on OS9.2?

Hi,

I have downloaded mac program which is in DMG format. How to open or extract program to extension suitable to install. I running Mac G4, OS9.2.

The DMG format is specific to OSX, I would check to be sure there is not a OS9 version.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

I think TOAST will also recognize dmg files.

What pixl8r is referring to is that "dmg" files are actually an extension of the ISO format used to make hard-disk images of CDROMs.

I don't know how Toast would help you though - even if you could burn it onto a CD, the program would almost certainly be for OSX only.
