Just bought 2 used cash drawers online. Shipper sent them with keys inside. Trying to open Cash Drawer using Micro Confidence Test on Workstation 5. It asks for "Enter access Code" and gives a 6 digit number. I remember from My 8700/9700/Fidelio days (back in 2005) you need to take that code and add/subtract from it to make it a constant number. Does anyone remember this what this code should be? On workstation 4's there was no code, just "open button".

Thank you!

Found it after searchign for 2 hours! Thanks to kermin01de!

Sorry i missed that ... long time since I worked for micros I just had to ask someone who is in the know and here are the results:

There is a 6 digit number displayed - and the formula for the access code is

1. x 2. + 4. + 6. digit

example: displayed number is 352567
-> 3 x 5 + 5 + 7 = 27

Tell me if it worked...

Regards

Mirko
