how to open bmp or jpg using Access 2003

is it possible to open .bmp or .jpg pictures using vba code MSAccess 2003..?
if possible require source code also.

Sorry, that wasn't a very complete answer.

What I meant was open them using the default viewer software or open them into some container within your application?
