How to open and update hidden tables?

Hi,

I need open hidden table and update it.Please give me a hit how to do that.

If you know the name of the hidden table, you can create a query to view the data and make changes to the table via the query.
 
If you gave it a system name - started it wth Usys - then same as RivetHed but System Objects.
 
The Access wizards and user-interface allow you to make changes to values stored in the system tables. That is the correct, safe method for updating the tables.

If you want to mess around with system tables outside of the controlled environment, you should tell us what you want to do and why.
