how to open a form & be blank at first 1

I have a form wich is attached to table, so whenever i open it i see the data in the text boxes which i want, every time that i open it it shows me blank, even though it has data in it, i know that there was a way but i can't remember it. pls help.

You see data and you don't see data. You really must be clearer. Either way, check the Data Entry option on the property sheet of the form. It should be No to see all the data, Yes to show blank fields.
