How to obtain full permissions for Apllets form client side Browser

I have developed voice chat using JMF. It requires full
permissions form client browser to run.
I want to distribute my classes the same way "Yahoo Java Chat" distributes and want to obtain full permissions from the
browsers both NS and IE .
What should I do?
