Hi.

I read some posts but can't get a unique count on duplicates of my report. For examplee.

CustomerNumber Order
10 A
B
C

20 A
30 B

I want total Customer count to be 3. CustomerNumber has
'Hide Duplicates' On.

I tried sugestion to put in a
new textbox named txtCountCust where? with controlsource:=1 and RunningSum: OverAll
and 2 text boxes in the footer with Control Source:=txtCountCust and ControlCountSource:=Count(*)
but both text boxes display 5 instead of 3. I'm not sure about the first text box.
Thanks

You would need to add the txtCountCust text box to the Customer group header section. You only need one text box in the report footer. Set its control source to:
=txtCountCust

Duane,

Thanks! I got it working. I added a group header for my my 'Customer number' and added the text box there. I dragged the height to almost nothing and dragged this customer header section too almost nothing so at least I'll see it when I come back to this design.
