At home i have a wireless network setup. I dont broadcast the ssid and use a key. And i keep picking up someone elses ssid. It kicks me off mine then picks it up again.

How do I only connect to one access point and not pick up anything else.

Thanks

depends on what config / driver set.

my (belkin) driver utility allows me to select a preferred AP and decide if I wish to allow to connect to others if that one isn't available.

check the manual that came with your wifi adapter.
