I've got a spreadsheet with a massive macro that takes approx. 40 minutes to run with approx. 25 graphs that pull in data as the macro runs. While the macro is running, I think each of the graphs is updating itself automatically and slowing down the macro. I currently have the screen updating turned off while the macro runs to save time, but I'm wondering if there's a way to turn off the graph updating while the macro runs and then update all at once after the macro is finished.

Thanks,
Andy

Hi,

Change CALCULATION to MANUAL.

Skip,

[glasses]Just traded in my old subtlety...
for a NUANCE![tongue]

I've thought about this idea, but my macro does calculations as well. If I turn calculations to "Manual", then I'm afraid it will stop my macro from working correctly.
Perhaps I can "toggle" from Automatic to manual after each calculation. I'll give it a shot.
FYI:
Application.Calculation = xlManual
Application.Calculation = xlAutomatic

Thanks,
Andy
