how to NOT allow Apache auto startup in RH7

I'm using RedHat7 and I believe it comes with a copy of
Apache.

1. Is there a way to make sure Apache do not startup
automatically when Linux is rebooted.

2. How can I make Tomcat startup automatically if Linux is
rebooted.
