How to multi-user can use one mailbox?

Hi,
I have a question about mailbox as following. We have 5 domain user without exchange mail. I would like to create mailbox pool for them. The question is how to each user logon one time on windows logon and they can access mailbox pool without logon on outlook again? Please help me in the best solution as you know.

Create a mailbox (AD user account with mailbox) and give the mailbox full access rights to the clients.

Then set outlook as their home.
