First, not a Reportsmith user; am the HP systems admin on which Oracle is running. Several users have and use reportsmith. One of them is leaving org and wants one of the others to have her reports on his machine.

Is there a windows file relationship and I can just move all the underlying excel or rpt files across - I don't see any correlation between the files in the user's "Reports Directory" to anything on her PC - C drive specifically.

I realize that one can do an export and I guess a subsequent import on the other end but there's 100+ reports.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must be a PCPW client with the report catolog installed. Meaning all users only have access to there own reports. Call the local RS hub and they can remove the catolog and that way you will be able to see the reports and simply copy and paste the reports to the desired directory and other may now sahre anyone reports. They have a utility for uninstalling this usless feature.
