How to Move Profiles in Outlook and Netscape Mail

I need a step by step (for non computer users) method for moving email profiles from the D:drive to a Network V: drive. My users currently use Netscape email and we are moving to Outlook, however the program is currently stored on the hard drive.

I do have a few Outlook users and can't for the life of me find how they need to transfer their saved mail to the new drive. Help!!!!
