HOW TO MOVE/MIGRATE/CLONE EXCHANGE SERVER 5.5 ?

Hate to sound stupid, but I am looking for the best way to move/migrate/clone my Exchange 5.5 to a different box and have everything "work" as usual. We also have OWA on the original box, and I read on the TECHNET Q155216 that only core services/database will migrate using that plan...Is there a way to simply "ghost" or "clone" the whole system using an imaging program such as Paragon or Ghost software..what will be the issues with doing something like this?
