How to move local data to share

Hello,

I have created a share on a server in order to save the home dirs of about 30 users.
Till today all was local on the desktops...and not backuped.
Will modify the home folder path on each user account (\\server\home\%username%)
Now my question:
- how can I get the same data in the share\homedirs as local ?
- Synchronize ?
- Or ....
