How to move Foxpro data to SQL Server tables through SSIS

Hi All,

I am using SQL Server 2K5.

I am new to SSIS. I want to create a package where i want to move foxpro data to sql server database tables on daily base. Can anyone help me out how to create a package and how to import data to sql server database.
