how to move exchange2k server from admin group to another

Hi there,

Does anyone know how i can move my exchange server from one exchange administrative group to another?
i have built an exchange server and somehow it is in a administrative group called A.
i need to move the server into its own adminstrative group.

can anyone advise how i can do this please?
