How to move Exchange 2K server to new IP address?

As part of a re-subnetting project I need to move our Exchange server to a new IP address. This is a single server, no cluster, etc, just the Exchange 2K server on the local network plus an OWA front end in the DMZ. The DCs and other member servers have already been moved to the new subnet.

Does anyone have any advice or caveats?

If you don't have any exotic setups, you just change the IP, make sure the router and/or firewall knows the address change for incoming mail. There should be no impact.
