How To: Move an AS2000 cube to AS2005

Hi,
How do I move a cube from 2000 to 2005?
I have tried the migrate database, but get errors.
I can't even get the FoodMart2000 to work...

Hi,

To my knowledge you can't, 2000 and 2005 use completely different structures.

The only way, that i'm aware of anyway, is to do an inplace upgrade, upgrading your entire AS 2000 instance to 2005.

You could cpy your production 2000 cubes to a dev instance, to do the upgrade and preserve your 2000 production environment.
