How to move a Frontend server (with SSL)?

I just bought a good server which will serve as the Front end server (Exchange 2000 Enterprise SP3). The existing Frontend server (for POP3 and OWA) runs on SSL.

How would I go about with the transfer? I am not sure how to handle the SSL part. I have to use the same URL name (mail.company.com). Does this mean that I will have some down time or would it mean that I will have to use my OWA minus the SSL for some time. Please help.
