How to Mount the Media?

We just upgraded ARCServe2000 Advanced Edition a week ago. I was trying to setup a backup job so it can be run every day. The error message that I received is this: &quot;please mount one of the following media in the device froup GROUP0 1.<Blank>&quot;.

I have looked everywhere from the software and can not find a button or a link called &quot;Mount Media&quot;. How can I have the media mounted? I got same message even after the tape formatting. What can I do to pass that message?

Our database has not received &quot;successful&quot; status for about a week. Please Help!!!!!!!!
