how to Mount a 16GB Info Store on Exchange 5.5

We hit the 16GB limit today on Exchange 5.5. I need to be able to get in to delete old users and mail, but I can not mount the Info Store. Anyone know of a way to mount it, or delete mail and mailboxs from an offline IS?

To delete mail/mailboxes you should use the Exchange administrator program to connect to the server. you'll want to set the tombstone for deleted mail to the shortest setting and then you will have to let the online defrag run, then run an off line defrag.

to get rid of mail within mailboxes you can use the Mailbox Manager or log into the mailboxes individually and delete them.
