How to monitor utilisation of CPUs & Trunks

Hi,

i have 11C,61C & 81C.......now very soon some auditing will be there and i need to extract some info from the switches ....

1) i have to extract the Utilisation info of CPUs (for call processing) and also utilisation info of the trunks.(i have both PRI and analog trunks)....
So i need help regarding how to extract the reqd. utilization info from the switches.......

2)i want to generate alarms in the Attendent consoles whenever some fault occurs in the switch .......may be port logged out due to wrong password entry or any other fault....how to configure that.......

I don't know about #2 but look under LD 02 and set up traffic reports. You can set it up to show traffic on each route.

not one for the cpu's on the switch that i have ever heard of but losd 2 does traffic.. you can get reports on the voice mail channels for the mail under option 6.. you may need to print dn ava and tn as well as unused units and slots.. a place of greater concern then cpu for most nortel future problems

LD 02 has the TFS004 report on Processor Load (CPU) statistics.
