How to Monitor time spent on calls and to what numbers

Is there a way to tell how long someone has been on the phone to certain numbers?

Basically we want to find out how long an employee is spending chatting to her mates...
 
The BCM monitor will show you real time, how long they are on and what number was called.

BCM50 3.0 and I believe BCM450 include a activity reporter that tracks calls for the last three days. There's also an upgrade to a more complete CDR package.
Any other BCMs you will have to purchase a third party package.
 
We have used a product from Convertec Inc.

We have their Console.net software which includes a lite version of their Call Analyzer package. It is able to generate some pretty detailed reports on call activity.

You would need the LAN CTE keycode on your BCM unit for this to function. There is a trial available for download on their website.
 
Check with RSI inc. They have really good software that incorporates well with the BCM for this purpose.
