how to monitor my traffic on my pc i use a normal connection and a vpn

seven 64 here,

i have a vpn and want to test the way traffic goes when i connect disconnect tri this stuf

how can i see where my info is transiting , i want to test my vpn reactions to changes ill do

thx

live monitoring or little delay would be perfect
