how to monitor Domain Admin usage?

Hi there,
It can't really, all you could do is look in the security logs, for access by specific account.
I'd recommend upgrading to Operations Manager 2007 (mom v3), this comes with Audit Collection Service, which collects all the security logs, and provides the information in easy to use reports.
